the magazine! We hope that you will enjoy reading and

Why
a Femme magazine and why now?
Femmes
have been considered the invisible contigent in lesbian, gay and
heterosexual society for far too long. It is time for us to stand
up and be counted. We have a powerful past, an amazing present
and a bright future. Yet, rarely are we seen by society at large
in our day to day lives, on the web or in the pages of glossy
magazines.
As
we enter the new Millennium, it is time... time for us
to be seen, time for us to be heard, time for us
to make our mark. We come from all walks of life, different backgrounds
and diverse cultures, but we are bonded together in way that is
unique. We are Femmes.
So
please help us get the word out! We're here, we're queer and we
ARE Femme! This is first online magazine for Femmes, about Femmes,
BY Femmes!
