Feature Writers  Alison Phipps is a 23 year old femme currently studying for a Master's Degree at the University of Manchester, England. She hopes to make the trip to the States very soon to continue her studies in femme identity at Ph.D level in close proximity to her other half.

She defines her existence as High Femme, Stone Femme... and claims the title of Queen of the Beanies...
