While not a queer site this is a great community for women. It has alot of resources for women in general and we highly recommend a visit. Expect to peruse for a couple of hours there is alot of content here.

iVillage.Com
Not a queer site but another great resource for women on the web. A little cluttered as far as design goes makes you feel like you are going to overload on content, but overall a nice and useful site for women.
